TERMS & CONDITIONS General Policies
SHIPPING: We are shipping in Canada and United States Only. Other international shipments are not available at this time. We ship via FedEx Ground which takes anywhere from 7-14 business days to deliver, once it leaves our warehouse. Every item is packed with extreme care to ensure that the product arrives safely.
SALES TAX: G.S.T. Will be charged on all Canadian orders. P.S.T. will be charged on orders shipped or picked up in British Columbia. Taxes, Duty, and brokerage fees for USA orders will be processed by fedEx International and be the responsiblity of the customer.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS: You may cancel your order for any reason as long as the order has not been shipped. If the order was shipped an item may be returned in accordance with our returns policy.
PAYMENT OPTIONS: Credit card: Visa or Master Card , Stock permitting will Ship within 4 business days. Money Order: An invoice will be e-mailed for payment. Stock permitting will Ship within 4 business days of receiving the payment.
PRICING ERRORS: Please be advised that due to human error, our site may list incorrect pricing. While we make every effort to ensure these mistakes do not happen, we cannot honor incorrect prices. In the event an error is found, we will inform the customer BEFORE the order is placed. At that time the customer will have the option to place the order with the correct pricing, or to cancel their order completely.
DELIVERY INSPECTION: As noted in our shipping information we pack and inspect each and every item at least two times. Should you receive your package in a damaged condition, do not sign for it as it was damaged in transit. Simply refuse delivery and notify us.

RETURN POLICY: You may return an item prepaid as long as it is in excellent and sellable condition and is within 30 days of the sale date. A restocking charge of 15% may apply.
